Weekly Roundup

As much as I enjoy blogging, I find that I don’t have nearly enough time to write as I’d like. I love reading other blogs though. Since there are so many great personal finance blogs out there, I’ve decided to do a weekly roundup of my favorite posts, in addition to the posts that I write myself (when I have time…).
Here are my favorite blog posts this week:
- Money Smart Life tells us how he earned a 1,359% return in one hour on eBay
- Free Money Finance shares a survey conducted by the Consumer Reports Money Advisor recently. The question: ‘Where would you cut your household budget first?‘
- Personal Finance Advice tells us ‘Why financing your computer is a terrible idea’
- Not Made of Money had a great article about emergency funds and when it’s a good time to have one.
- Finally, the Carnival of Personal Finance celebrated it’s 100th edition last week. If you enjoy reading personal finance blogs, you should definitley take a look…
Also this week, I switched to the Google Reader to organize and keep track of my favorite blogs. This is my 3rd or 4th reader this year, and the Google Reader is definitely my favorite so far. If you’re looking for a way to easily keep track of and organize your favorite blogs, check it out here.
