Help Me Name My Newest Consulting Program!

May 12, 2008 · Print This Article

I will be offering a new consultation called Jump Start Your Finances. It’s a consultation for young people - recent college graduates, young families, young professionals starting their first job, and any 20 or 30-somethings looking for help getting their finances started off on the right foot. I’ve actually offered this consultation for a while now, but I am finally “branding” it… giving it a name, a logo, etc.

I have the title already - Jump Start Your Finances - and my wonderful graphic designer (Jeni at DesignDelites) is working on a header and buttons for me.

But I need a tagline. So… I’m running a contest to help me find a tagline for my new consulting program.

I need this quickly, so I’m offering the winner her choice of an 8oz bag of Irish Cream coffee from Kat’s Coffees & More, or $10 in her PayPal account. The winner will be chosen by me, and will simply be the person who comes up with the tagline that I use for my new Jump Start Your Finances consulting package.

Here are some ideas I had to get started…

Jump Start Your Finances
Financial consulting for a brighter financial future

Jump Start Your Finances
Kick your finances into high gear

Jump Start Your Finances
Get your finances in gear

Please submit a comment with your tagline suggestion to enter this contest. Remember to include a valid email address so I can contact the winner!

Thank you!!!

    How about
Start off on the right financial footing

Have you thought of narrowing your focus a bit more? A tagline that appeals to a young family may not appeal to a young professional who wants to go out and conquer the career world.

For the family demographic, you want to pull at their heart strings, something like “helping you build a financial future your children can depend on”

But a recent college graduate or young professional might not have children on the brain… For this demographic, something like “Because grown-ups don’t get an allowance anymore” or “Congratulations! You Earned Your Degree - Now Isn’t It Time You Learned How To Balance Your Check Book?” … I don’t know - just some random thoughts : )

Great Kristine! As a mom with her eldest about to go off to college and as a family now pulling upon our own own savings for our daughter’s college, this topic is very close to me.

    How about something like this:

    Jump Start Your Finances
Take control of the Future today
